Terms of Service

Kestra (“Kestra”, “we”, “us”) is a statistical football-projection service operated by ABACUSUK LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17312039). You can reach us at info@kestra.tips.

We offer statistical projections from historical data, not betting advice. Kestra fits a Dixon-Coles statistical model to historical results, publishes its calls with the bookmaker, price and time they were quoted, and settles every one in public. Its record also holds walk-forward calls: the same rules applied afterwards to archived closing prices on fixtures played before live calls began, each labelled, none published before kick-off.

We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept, place, or settle bets, we do not take stakes, and we never hold your money for betting. Nothing on Kestra is a recommendation or inducement to bet, and nothing here is financial advice. Any decision to gamble, and any stake you place with a third party, is entirely your own.

You must be 18 or over to use Kestra. Only use this service if it is legal in your jurisdiction. Gambling and gambling- related services are restricted or unlawful in some places, and you are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. If it is not legal for you, do not use the service.

Football is uncertain and models are imperfect. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Every figure we publish is a backtest or historical, out-of-sample result, and any future fixture priced by the model can win or lose. We do not promise profit, a strike rate, or any particular outcome, and we are not liable for losses arising from bets you choose to place.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in details and any linked Telegram account secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

• Paid membership is a recurring subscription billed every 30 days at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Telegram bot; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Except where the law gives you a refund right, payments for a period already started are non-refundable. We may change prices on notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

If you share your referral link and someone subscribes through it, your own monthly payment is reduced by a fixed amount for each qualifying referral, down to a minimum price. The amount, the minimum and every discount's end date are shown in your account.

A referral qualifies from 14 days after that person's first payment and stops counting 6 months after that payment, or sooner if they cancel or their payment is refunded or reversed. Your payment goes back up as discounts end. It never rises above the subscription price you agreed to, and we tell you before a discount ends.

Nothing is paid in cash. We may withhold or remove a discount and suspend participation where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral or abuse, or a breach of these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or publish our picks, data, or content, or use them to run a competing service;
• share, resell, or transfer your account or access to the premium channel;
• access the service by automated means, or attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with it or its security; or
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in any way that harms Kestra or other users.

The Kestra name, the model, the projections, the site, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own personal, non-commercial use while these terms apply. All other rights are reserved.

Kestra may show odds from, or link to, third-party bookmakers and services so you can compare prices. We do not operate or control those services and are not responsible for them; your use of them is subject to their own terms and is at your own risk. The price we show on a live call is the one a UK bookmaker or exchange was quoting when we published it, and on a walk-forward call the archived closing price it was worked out from; the probabilities beside it are for information, not a recommendation to bet. A linked price is not an endorsement to bet.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that projections will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any gambling losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Kestra and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. If we end your paid access other than for your breach, we will not charge you for periods you cannot use.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you. Continuing to use Kestra after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
